Yesterday the book by Dr. Blanc “The European Union and the Mediterranean” was presented. The event was chaired by the Magnificent Rector Roberto Fernández accompanied by Mr. Manuel Marín, former Commissioner, and Dr. Mark Jeffery, European Commission-Representation in Barcelona.
