Mr. Antonio Blanc Altemir, Professor of Public International Law and Corresponding Academic of this Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation, gave a lecture on: “The European Union and the Mediterranean. From the first Agreements to the Arab Spring”, on the occasion of the recent appearance of his latest book with the same title.
